I like to read and to garden. The name I chose is after a rose called 'Paul Neyron'. I have a couple dozen Old Garden Roses, and grow various fragrant herbs. Sadly, lemongrass isn't hardy where I live, though lemon balm is. Patchouli isn't hardy here (USDA Zone 6) either, but I've grown it in pots a summer or two.

I mostly read romance, sometimes historical mysteries and fantasy novels. I read non-fiction here and there. I collect gardening books.
